After this, you’ll receive a quote custom-tailored to your project needs.

2. PRE-PRODUCTION 

This is the step where I get to know your brand and better understand your needs and targets you wish to achieve with the photography project. At this stage I’ll create unique concepts, source backgrounds and props and create a project mood board, all which align perfectly with your brand image and values. Finally, the production board will be presented to you for final approval prior to photoshoot.

3. PRODUCTION 

This step speaks for itself. This is where you get to sit back and relax while the shooting is happening. 
The photoshoot is being performed in accordance to the production board approved at the previous step.

4. POST-PRODUCTION & DELIVERY 

At this stage the photos are going through the ultimate transformation by professional photo retouching.  
Here, your products get an extra sparkle and shine! 
Aaaand with this, your brand new assets are ready to be displayed across the online shelves!

FAQ

How do I get started? 

You can start by requesting a custom quote by filling a Creative Brief in as much detail as possible. You will get an answer within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can either send us an email via a contact form or book a call.  All these options can be found under the “Contact” section. 

What is the turnaround time for the project? 

Usual turnaround time is between 7-14 working days from shooting day, however this is subject for discussion depending on the workload, project complexity and your deadline (if there is any).

How far in advance should I book? 

Our recommendation is to book our services at least 4 weeks in advance of your project deadline. We understand there might be necessary to book at a shorter notice period, a situation which definitely is open for discussion. However, please note, short notice fees may apply to prioritise your project. 

What are your terms of payment? 

To book a shoot, you will be requested to make a non-refundable 50% deposit payment and sign a contract, with the rest of the funds being transferred prior to final assets handover. 

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds will not be provided due to the specific nature of the work. Nevertheless, if you have a valid reason, you can request a reshoot. 

Will I take part in production planning? 

Absolutely! The pre-production process is handled through an online platform where you will be able to collaborate on the creative aspects and shooting ideas in real time. In this way, you will experience full transparency on the process and have a clear vision on how the final assets will look like.
